Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (aka magical internet dollars) through our webshop.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We know you're excited to get your new Things™, so we ship super fast! Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Domestic (USA) orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. International orders usually arrive within 1-3 weeks of shipment. Warning: Emailing us to check on the status of your shipment has been shown to delay delivery significantly!

Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Of course! We ship worldwide via USPS. International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties charged upon import. We know absolutely nothing about these fees, so if you have any questions about fees or duties, please contact your country’s customs department, postal service, or king.

Q: How much does it cost to ship to [insert your city here]?
A: We know you hate paying shipping fees, so we do everything we can to give you the lowest possible rates. Shipping starts at $2.95 for domestic (USA) orders and $12.95 for the rest of the world. To get a real-time shipping quote, start the checkout process and enter your address.

Q: What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
A: This is rare, but it happens. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. Most times it's just waiting for you at the post office... or your neighbor stole it.

Q: Is your webshop secure?
A: Yes! We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. All transactions are processed using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored.

Q: My favorite Thing™ is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
A: Soon, hopefully! Join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to find out when your favorite Things™ are back in stock.
