Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (aka magical internet dollars) through our webshop.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We know you're excited to get your new Things™, so we ship super fast! Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Domestic (USA) orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment depending on how far away you are from Ohio.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Currently we do not offer international shipping except Canada.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to [insert your city here]?
A: We know you hate paying shipping fees, so we do everything we can to give you the lowest possible rates. Shipping starts at $3.50 for domestic (USA) orders and $14.95 for the Canada.
Q: What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
A: This is rare, but it happens. If you're package is lost or stuck, Email us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help!
Q: Is your webshop secure?
A: We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is only used to contact you about your order. All transactions are processed using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored.
Q: My favorite Thing™ is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
A: Soon, hopefully! We try to restock at least once a month so check back often.
Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Yes! Check out our wholesale page for all the details.
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes! We create custom Things all the time for companies big and small. We also do custom design work on a case by case basis. Free free to Email us with any inqueries.
